Obama Copyright Case!
Artist Sheppard Fairly took a picture if Barack Obama taken by Manny Garcia, changed its colors, and added the word hope. There was a disagreement in whether or not the picture was infringed. Sheppard was found guilty because he did not take the original picture or get permission from Manny.

Wow, I guess it is really easy to learn about people with just little information.
